Hello everyone! Hope you've all had a great week. Mine's been full on and busy just the way I like it: playing guitar and bass pretty much all day everyday since the last blog post (well, maybe 3 hours a day + editing the recordings too). Pleased to have had the stringy workout, and interestingly my dream at night have been filled with synths for some reason. Gotta flex those muscles again at some point too!

Anyway, following from such a busy week as above there's just one piece of news to report in this blog post, which is that all recording for the new World Beyond album is finally complete! Funnily enough, unlike the previous albums, Winter Legend and Mindshell, where I was only playing on one track in each, this time I'm playing often multiple instruments on all but one of the tracks! It's certainly been an exciting process working with Vlad of World Beyond again, our biggest collaborative project yet, and I'm super excited to share this with you when it's released. I'm not sure how much I can say about the project at the moment, so I'll keep my mouth shut, but needless to say expect some epic music coming your way soon (by which I mean probably before the end of the year)! Exciting times!

And that's about everything to report for this week. I'm actually away from the studio next week, a nice break after such a full on recording week, but I intend to utilise some of that time to write some more lyrics for the upcoming BTTB album and record some rough demos of some of the latest tracks (to sort structures etc...). We'll see how it all goes, and I'm undecided yet as to whether I'll be writing a blog post while I'm away, but either way there'll be a post on Facebook to let you know what's going on. It's been a while since the last blog post and apologies if you missed me. Things should be back to the usual schedule now though so hope you're ready for your weekly dose of JabunAudio updates again! Not a whole lot to report this time as I've only been back to it for a few days, but some interesting updates anyway so lets get started!

Firstly Better Than The Book's 2nd full length album is coming along well in terms of writing and there's now 6/10 lyric sheets completed. Only 4 left to go, 2 of which are well on the way to finishing and I hope to have this album fully written and ready to record by the end of the year at the latest. I'll keep you updated on how that goes.

Next and finally this week, I've been back and busy recording more guitars for the new World Beyond album which is hoping for a release before the end of the year (again I'll keep you updated on that as and when). Just the last few guitar parts left to go, then it's onto the final batch of bass parts too so I'm sure I'll be busy for the next week finishing off that. It's certainly sounding great though! Can't wait to be able to share it with the world.

And that about wraps things up for this week. There's no question what'll be going on next week, as I'm aiming to have all the World Beyond recording finished by if not the next blog post, then the end of next Thursday (I'll post on Facebook if the blog post will be delayed for that).
