It's been a busy week with other non-JabunAudio things, but the time ahead seems to be clear for a great month of animation mixing! On Thursday, I started mixing on episode 1 of "Tales of Zale" by Hikarian (see previous blog posts for details) and it's looking/sounding spectacular! Scene one of 7(?) is almost complete (just vocal automation to program)!
I've also had word that scripts have been approved and Voiceovers are to be recorded soon for another crypto-currency animation for which I'm doing the audio post production and sound effects. More details on that as it unfolds! That's about it for this week. See you in the next!

This week's been full of admin tasks and sorting things, so unfortunately I haven't been able to work on any more audio. This coming weeks look to be similar as well, so apologies if it's a longer wait than usual for the next piece of media. I'll make sure there's still something to show for the next few weekly blogs though. In music news, here's a full streaming link to the latest Lights, Camera, Attraction! EP From The Ground UP, with bonus track too (previously secret!!!). All the information on the EP can be found in the SoundCloud description. The Jabun Audio Music section has been updated too, so you can find this stream there too. Please support the project by purchasing the EP at Bandcamp. Clicking the shopping cart on the SoundCloud player will take you to the Bandcamp page. In the world of collaborations, World Beyond is now selling commercial licences for some of the tracks we've done together. You may purchase licences for your commercial works from the following links: http://www.pond5.com/stock-music/42673003/combat-cinematic-action-track.html https://www.pond5.com/ru/stock-music/42673187/mountains-gold.html https://www.jamendo.com/en/track/1160091/mountains-of-gold https://www.jamendo.com/en/track/1160135/everything-we-stand-for Some cool news: Following the release of "From Ash To Alabaster" with Cyberdevil, we've received lots of positive reviews on Newgrounds! You can check out peoples feedback here as well as listen to the track and download it. Enjoy! Finally, I've been given some updates, and a Pokemon Parody animation I did the music for is nearing completion! I've no idea of ETA just yet, but it's looking awesome at the moment. Full details to be released once it's complete :D That's all for this week. Honestly not sure what next week has in store, but no doubt there'll still be a post here next Saturday! Until next time everyone! After much admin and sorting, the new collaborative Hip-hop track with Bob Axell AKA Cyberdevil is out - "From Ash To Alabaster"! Bob came to me a few weeks back with a rap over the beat to "B.O.B. - Airplanes" and asked if I could make a similar, but more fitting and personal instrumental to back his vocals. "From Ash To Alabaster" is the result of our collaborative efforts! It's FREE TO DOWNLOAD here, so feel free to grab a copy! It's been so much fun working on Hip-hop again and I hope to be making more music with Cyberdevil soon :D As well as the new track coming out, there have been a fair few updates to the website. There are now Facebook Like/Share, and Twitter buttons scattered across the site, which you can click to spread the Jabun Audio word and show your support! Every click is greatly appreciated :D
Future plans? I still have another track commissioned for APOTHEOSIS to do, and some animations should be entering the post production phase soon too (which means I get to work my magic :D). No ETA's yet, though I'll be posting updates as and when I receive them. That's it for this week. I wish you all a grand 7 days until we next meet :D It's been a busy week getting stuff sorted before my trip this weekend, so here's an early update before I head off!
Firstly, the Jabun Audio site has been through a couple of changes adding the latest media content and updating project information. I'm still waiting for SoundCloud streaming links for the new Lights, Camera, Attraction! EP "From The Ground Up", but in the mean time, there is a Bandcamp stream on the homepage if you'd like to listen. Also, after speaking to some of my collaborative partners, I've decided to implement a new page purely dedicated to the people I love working with instead of just the project's they're involved in. No ETA on the new page yet, but I hope to have it up (but not necessarily complete) sometime in October. Onto the track with Cyberdevil, audio is all finished and the title has been decided as "From Ash To Alabaster". Artwork and admin are in progress and we hope to release the track shortly after my return next week. Sorry for the delay DX Finally, the new game which I released the menu music demo for last week has been named and now has some social media links! The game is called "Apotheosis", a rogue-lite platform game with bullet hell elements by the creator of Skyreef. Feel free to keep up to date and follow the game's production progress on Tumblr and Facebook. That's all for this week. Due to my time away I don't expect to have a lot to say next Saturday, but I hope to have "From Ash To Alabaster" out for you all. Have a fine weekend! |
