Hi everyone and hope you've had a great week since the last post! It's been a super busy and exciting time here at JabunAudio following the announcement of Jabun's 2nd album 15-4-20 last week and the launch of pre-orders and the single 15-4-20 A on Monday (more on that in a moment), and while I've had my hands pretty full with promo and admin work for the big release, I've still found some time for more Better Than The Book writing / demo recording too so there's been as much fun as there is hard work since the last blog post! Lots of stuff coming soon and let's get straight onto this week's big Jabun news!

After last week’s big announcement of Jabun’s brand new 2nd album 15-4-20, I’m super excited to share with you today the album’s pre-release single 15-4-20 A as pre-orders open on Bandcamp! Check it out below:

15-4-20 is a one take per track live improvised ambient exploration and the first of its kind in my discography. The entire 33+ minute, 3 track album was recorded on the evening of April 15th 2020 with no overdubs or edits, just a single take for each track. The pre-release single 15-4-20 A was the first improvisation of the session and was pitched/slowed down 15 semitones from the original recording for a deeper feel. I hope you enjoy the gently changing ambient soundscape; a snapshot of an evening in lockdown during the strange spring of 2020!
